No, we have a maintenance staff in place to work on our houses. We also do not deduct any money from rent that a tenant has paid for any repairs. If a tenant has something he/she repairs on his/her own, the tenant is responsible for that bill.

No, all payments are to be made via your online portal or dropped off / mailed with a money order or cashiers check.

We have a drop box located to the left of the front door of the building. Please make sure your name and address are clearly indicated with the payment. Cash payments are not accepted.

Yes. A current tenant who has referred someone that is accepted to rent from us will receive a credit of $50 towards their rent. This credit will be applied after the referred tenant has paid their move in fee in full and paid 1st month’s rent. If the current tenant is Section8, a gift card will be issued instead.
